Wonderful Cabin in Mt Laguna. All rooms are large, making the cabin seem much larger than 650 sq ft. Completely redone inside . Very open floor plan with lots of windows. Kitchen and living room all one big open space. So you can cook and enjoy family or company at the same time. Beautiful wood flooring .There is a insert in the wood burning fireplace so cabin stays warm in the winter. The circular drive drops you off at the door and into a lg mudroom with storage. There are lots of custom wood storage areas. This cabin feels bright and open. The cabin has a covered deck across the back for looking at the trees and enjoying the evenings. Easy access to Sunrise Hwy for getting into the cabin in the snow. There is a storage area underneath for a workshop. This is a cabin in the Cleveland National Forest, Use is by permit, You only own the cabin, not the land. The permit is for 20 years and is up in 2028. The Forestry says it will be renewed. There are 4 costs a year, 1800+ for the permit, water is based on use, most run $400-500 , than you have insurance and taxes. There are no monthly costs. Mt Laguna is a special place, We have all 4 seasons, lots of animals like deer, turkeys, Chipmonks, . Its a wonderful community of friendly people.
